Bookings & Payments

• Booking requests are not confirmed until we respond and confirm availability.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may request payment or a deposit after confirmation and will provide secure payment details.
• Additional costs such as optional add-ons or transfers will be communicated before confirmation.

Health, Safety, and Conduct

• Surfing and ocean experiences involve inherent risks. Participate at your own risk.
• You must disclose relevant medical conditions and follow instructor guidance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.
• Respect local community standards, property, and other guests at all times.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tafoukt Surf Experience is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in experiences or travel. We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance.

Changes & Cancellations
