Standard Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before start date: full refund.
• 7-13 days before start date: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before start date: non-refundable.
• Free reschedule up to 7 days before your trip, subject to availability.

No-Shows and Early Departure

No-shows and unused portions of the trip are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.

Weather and Safety

If unsafe conditions require us to cancel or reschedule an experience, we will offer a suitable alternative, reschedule, or refund when applicable.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@tafouktsurfexperience.com or via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt of your request.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
